Hourly Contracts
Most of our resource development contracts (except for direct mail) are calculated at an hourly rate. We can accommodate the work to your needs and budget.
Project Fees
For many projects, a set fee is also an option. We work on a project fee basis for all event production work. As every event—and every organization—is unique, so is our scope of work as it relates to your project. Full event planning contracts generally run between $15,000–$40,000. After our initial meeting, a proposal is submitted if we both determine we have a good potential fit. In producing the proposal, we start with a base fee and use the following criteria for determination of final contract fee:
- Is this a new or existing event?
- Are you a new or existing client?
- What is the level of internal staffing and support for this event?
- What are the roles and responsibilities of board and committees?
- Does your event include an auction?
- What is the length of the contract (are you calling us for an event a year from now or four months)?
